Kjerneplan – kapsel

Swallowing two capsules with breakfast is honestly easier than I thought it’d be, and after six weeks my part looks a bit denser. The combo of prevention and growth in one routine just clicks for me.

My shower drain finally stopped looking like a chia pet. The capsules are small enough to swallow with my morning coffee, and after two months the new growth along my hairline is noticeably thicker.

Six weeks in and the shedding in my shower drain has noticeably thinned out, which is the main reason I stuck with it. The capsules are small enough to swallow without that weird aftertaste some vitamins have, so I actually remember to take them daily.
