Three months in and my hairline finally looks like it did in my mid-twenties—the tablet-only format makes it stupidly easy to stick with, since there’s no topical mess. That alone was worth the switch for me.

Honestly, I was skeptical about a tablet-only approach, but my hairline is finally starting to fill in after three months. The fact that it's a single pill I take daily makes it so easy to stick with, and I've noticed my hair feels thicker and healthier overall.

The tablet-only format is such a relief—no messy topicals to deal with in the morning. I’ve been on it for eight weeks and not only has the shedding slowed dramatically, but my hair feels thicker when I run my fingers through it.
